• 1. What’s your MOQ?/ Could you accept small orders?

• - a: For Polucy branded items, We accept order 1~100pcs, and you can mix order.

• - b: For OEM order (customize logo ect.), According to the different items have different MOQ. Generally, the MOQ is 500pcs of each item, 300pcs is okay. But the sample will be refunded once you place an order and reach our MOQ 500pcs.

• 2. What's the delivery time?

• - a: For Polucy branded items in stock, after you confirm and make a payment , 3~15 days we can deliver.

• -b. For the sample order with the customer logo，lead time from 60working days.

• - c: For OEM orders, based items which you choose, lead time from 90 working days.

• 3. Do you accept payment by PayPal?

• - Yes, for the small amount we can accept payment by PayPal, Western Union, Credit Card, Trade Assurance.

• - For the bigger amount, we can accept T/T by a bank, L/C, Trade Assurance.

• 4. What are your payment terms?

• - For Polucy branded items, as we have stock, we can arrange delivery within 3~15 days. Generally, our buyer will arrange payment 100% in advance.

• -b. For the sample order with the customer, logo，can arrange delivery within 3~7 days when finished. Generally, our buyer will arrange payment 100% in advance.

• - For OEM orders(customize logo ect.), 30% Deposit, 70% balance against delivery.

• 5. How to arrange delivery?

• - If you have an agent in china, after payment we will deliver cargo to your agent.

• - If you have no agent in china , after you confirm the final order, we will check the shipping details and cost for you.

• 6. Could I get some samples before making an order ?

• - Yes. Samples can be arranged for you to check the quality. But the sample will be refunded once you place an order and reach our MOQ 500pcs. Please kindly contact us for details.

• - We are a factory in Shenzhen China.

• 8. Can I visit your factory?

• - Yes, you are always welcome to our factory.

• 9.How about your waterproof?

• - For 3ATM ，5ATM, 10ATM (30, 50 and 100 meters waterproof watch)

• - Can wear it to washing hands/face, washing a car, swimming, diving in shoal waters, can splash the rain.

• - It cannot operate any button or crown in the water.

• - It cannot contact detergents and other chemicals.

• - Use clear water clean the watch to avoid chemical residue erosion watches after
